About Japan Music Week
The Japan Music Week is the first comprehensive music event in East Asia. It is designed to be a unique combination of music industry events and live concerts, encompassing all music genres, showcasing Japanese and international talent.
The Japan Music Week is organized solely by volunteers. The core JMW team consists of 15 people, all of whom have experience in the music industry or backgrounds in related fields as journalism, design, web, etc.
At Japan Music Week overall management and top level coordination is handled by:
KK Tiger (associated with Juice music event media) and supported by Shimizu Octo – Japan’s largest event infrastructure company.
