Icon Girl Pistols formed in March 2008 when crackpot Professor Shinnosuke Shirakura discovered Ken Fukuda in a petri dish in his Tokyo laboratory. The lineup was completed later that year by foreign correspondent Christopher O'Reilly before the band released their debut album “New Currency” in November 2009. The band will release their new record “Goodbye Donuts (Hey, Statue of Liberty)” on October 22nd, 2011.
