Buried under a melancholy youth spent in the snow-covered northernmost part of Honshu, Japan’s main island, this singer radiates with lyrics featuring a mix of jazz and rock that cut deep into the heart. In 2006, he was in charge of jingles for Japan Broadcasting and also released his first album. After a change in band members in 2008, he released a maxi single in 2009 that leans more toward a darkly passionate jazz sound.
