When you buy Conference wristbands directly from Japan Music Week…
1) we will send them together with JMW guidebooks to the address you specify, arriving before JMW starts on 9 November 2009 by registered post, ‘takkyubin’ or other similar system.
2) You are entitled to enter all conference events for free and to enter JMW-directly produced Music Biz, Creative Biz Events and Best Of Japan events with ‘priority-entry’. (If events are crowded, priority-entry people may enter in front of people with wristbands purchased elsewhere, space-allowing) 3) You may not publicly resell wristbands via internet or other channels at lower prices than our official website or individual organizers at that time. 4) We ask for your understanding that JMW is a new kind of grass-roots, community-based, ‘home-made’ style event series in which not everything may run exactly as planned. (We cannot guarantee any exact number of events, that any particular event will occur as stated, and we may offer refunds only if the entirety of Japan Music Week is canceled)
